Prices listed below are given in Canadian dollars. If you are in the USA, we will convert at the current exchange rate + 3% at completion of job for payment by cheque/bank draft/money order. Payment by credit card is billed in Canadian dollars (your credit card company will convert to US$).

List/Table Processing Prices
Lists or tables are converted to an Microsoft Excel, Word or ASCII format file for $ 2.00 per page.
Indexing Prices
For most situations the following rates will apply:
- 25¢ per index (for up to 20 characters)
- 45¢ per index (for labels longer than 20 characters)
35 mm Slide / Negative Scanning
We use the top of the line Nikon Super Coolscan 5000 ED film scanner with ICE4 technology for removing dust and scratches from your images.

Pickup or Delivery of documents is available in the following areas:

Book Cutting
Binding will be cut off of books and page edges straightened in preparation for scanning
- Up to 200 pages $15.00 per book
- 200 to 500 pages $20.00 per book
- Over 500 pages $ 25.00 per book

CD / DVD Burning
CD or DVD burning includes putting your files onto a disc, affixing a matte label, and packaging into a slim jewel case. A backup is made and stored at our site for your protection of all work done.
- $10.00 cost for each disc burned
- $6.00 cost for each extra copy burned (quantity: 2 to 24)
- $4.00 cost for each extra copy burned (quantity: 25 or more)
The cost of setting up a webpage for downloading files off of the internet is $ 10.00
This applies only when the files are too large to email.
